Installation environment: The butterfly valve can be used indoors and outdoors, but in corrosive media and rust-prone occasions, the corresponding material combination should be used.
Installation location: It must be installed in a location that can be operated safely and is easy to maintain, inspect and repair.
Surrounding environment: temperature -20℃~+70℃, humidity below 90%RH. Before installation, check whether the valve meets the operating conditions and use requirements according to the nameplate mark on the valve. Note: The butterfly valve does not have the ability to resist high pressure difference. Do not let the butterfly valve open or continue to circulate under the high pressure difference.
Before installation, please remove the dirt and oxide scale in the pipeline. When installing, please note that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the flow direction arrow marked on the valve body.
Maintenance considerations
Daily inspection: check for leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, etc.
Regular inspection: Check valves and other system components regularly for leaks, corrosion and jamming, and maintain, clean and remove dust, and remove residual stains.
Decomposition inspection: The valve should be decomposed and overhauled regularly. During the decomposition and overhaul, the parts should be washed again, foreign objects, stains and rust spots should be removed, damaged or worn gaskets and packings should be replaced, and the sealing surface should be corrected. After the overhaul, the valve should be subjected to a water pressure test again. , It can be reused after being qualified.
If fluid leakage is found during the inspection of the pneumatic butterfly valve, please do not touch or approach the cylinder control valve with your hands until safety is confirmed.
